About Me
I provide psychiatric medication management and talk therapy on a case-by-case basis.
I have been working in mental health for over 18 years. My work in the field started in in-patient psychiatric units for 12 years before opening my practice in 2011. Working in hospitals provided the opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients using multiple modalities and in various treatment settings. As a clinical affiliate of the Harm Reduction Therapy Center in Oakland, I collaborate with HR therapists to formulate the best plan for our clients.

"I wouldn't have the life I have today if I hadn't been seeing Jennifer these past three years; I am so grateful." -- L.B.
Testimonials
"I feel like myself again!" --C.S.
"Jennifer heard my cry for help... she patiently listened as I cried and then reached out to me in a manner that allowed me to make the right decision to admit myself to the hospital." --D.H.
"I was 100% disillusioned with the therapy process before I was lucky enough to find Jennifer. I was at a crisis point and no one to whom I went for help seemed willing to truly listen to me . Jennifer is different. Her background as a Nurse Practitioner has shaped her process in a way that has made her exponentially more open and understanding of her patients and their unique experiences. Over the past two years, Jennifer has shown me such a selfless dedication to my well-being and a commitment to my positive outcomes that far surpasses what is required by her job. Plainly, "gratitude" will ever be a strong enough word to describe my appreciation for what she has done for me." --D.E.F.
